Greene, Maine

We helped build this outbuilding in Greene 2011-2012. The walls were foam forms filled with concrete. Over the Winter we hand-hewed beams to build the traditional timber-frame roof system, and added corner posts and braces to the inside walls. We also custom built the windows to match antique windows on hand. After the stone and stucco work was finished, we built the front Dutch door, and installed trimwork, made with old barn boards.
